I´m Donna

I am “that family member. I’m the one with boxes full of old family photos. I literally have boxes and boxes of vintage film, slides and old photos… Documenting other peoples’ lives has been the most natural career path for me because I’ve been obsessed with photos from day one. I can’t imagine doing anything else with my life and I’m so very grateful to all of you that trust me with your memories.

I’m so glad you’re here and stopped looking at pictures long enough to read this. We should probably get to know each other better.

My career started with a gift. My friend’s mom gave me the book “The Joy of Photography” by Kodak with an inscription that urged me to make photography my career. Two photo labs, ten years as someone else’s assistant and now two full decades with my own studio and here I am—still taking photos and loving it more and more every day.

How lucky am I? I’ve got 3 awesome kids that fill my calendar and my heart. I have the sweetest mom making her home with us. I’m married to a man who makes me laugh every day and whose smile still melts my heart—even twenty years later. And then there’s Angus, the most handsome & ornery dog ever. I am one lucky girl.

HOME DECOR

As passionate as I am about photography, I’m just as passionate about interior design. Getting rid of the groovy 70s in my sweet little ranch has been quite the journey.
